1. Question: Is this chair only for a bigger fit? I am not that big, but still want a wide chair instead small kind of gaming chair. I am about 5’6 with 170-180 pounds.

         Answer: I got it for my xxl partner and it’s super comfy for him, while I am barely 5 ft and 140lbs and I can sit in it and it’s still comfortable just roomy on the sides, it does go up and down too.

2. Question: Is there a chair that has a solid reinforced metal in the seating area for a bigger gamer (400 lbs) that likes to rock?

         Answer: It is a solid chair and you can rock. I am on the shorter side 5′ 7″ 220# the rocking mechanism is on the tight side so it is harder for me to rock back. It is good to sit in for 6-8 hours.

3. Question: Can a short 5’4″ over 250lbs. use this chair or would it be too big?

          Answer: If you out of the chair all the way down you should be OK. The wheels are very smooth so if you are on hardwood be careful you might just slip out of the chair.

4. Question: Has anyone else had an issue tipping over in this chair? Like you just barely lean forward and it flips out from under you?

          Answer: So I just bought this chair and I was at first worried it would flip as others have said. I sat at the very edge of the chair and pretended to tie my shoes. No problems at all. My guess as someone previously stated is if your chair is flipping over very easily you most likely have the piston component attached backward.

5. Question: The air piston does not move at all! How do you release the piston so the seat raises up and down?

          Answer: The seat raises with the handle underneath. If it is not raising yours, your piston may be defective.
